Dar Al Fouad Hopital is founded in collaboration with Cleavland Clininc corporation (Ohio, United States of America). The executive steps of constructing Dar AlFouad Hospital were taken on agreement that Cleveland Clinic becomes a contributing partner in the hospital, and is represented by a member in the administration board to guarantee and preserve quality. The agreement also states the exchange of medical expertise, training physicians and administrative officers to ensure continuous contact between the two parties.The idea of establishing a world-class-medical-care in Egypt with unique and high quality medical services originated in February 1992.
Dar Al Fouad is owned by a group of organizations, the board constitutes of Egyptian, Arab and American Institutions. The hospital is located in the touristic area of Sixth of October city, 20 minutes from the Center of Cairo, with a higher ground elevation of 150 meters than Cairo altitude. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art medical facilities.
